Introduction
The Annexe at Nutbourne Place offers comfortable, period accommodation for up to five guests with booking via Airbnb.

The rooms are pictured and further detailed below.
Lounge
The sitting room has large windows to two sides, a couple of sofas, foot stool, a modern 40″ television (with Chromecast) and a selection of books, journals and DVDs. There is the option of a single bed for an additional guest sleeping downstairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen has two windows to the yard separating The Annexe from the main house and is kitted out with all you would need for a self-catering holiday.

Bathroom
Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin. A newly-fitted combi-boiler ensures a ready supply of hot water and operates the heating.

Bedroom 1
A good size bedroom off the Lloyd Loom Room with one antique French double bed. The stairs up to the bedrooms (off the kitchen) are quite steep but a baby-proof stair gate can be fitted at the top landing if required.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is approached through the Lloyd Loom Room, a lobby with a couple of period chairs to sit on and take in the views out of the window. Like Bedroom 1 this room features an antique French double bed.

From the windows of this bedroom are nice views over surrounding fields and vineyards.
