From the A283
From the A283 turn off onto West Chiltington Road and then left into Nutbourne Road after about 200m. Proceed through Nutbourne past the Rising Sun pub and past the T junction. Just as the road bears left and slightly uphill (becoming Nutbourne Lane) the front drive is on the right hand side. Note: this drive is tight and bendy! If you’re in a large vehicle continue another 100m up Nutbourne Lane, swing around into Nutbourne Place Farm next door and, once you’re facing downhill again, turn into the back drive on the left hand side (flanked by a brick wall). Turn at the garage to park outside the annexe.
From the A29
From the A29 turn off onto Gay Street and then take the right fork after 250m into Nutbourne Lane. Continue up and over the hill and down into Nutbourne. Note: this is a single track country lane with passing places. Once you see the 20mph sign to Nutbourne turn left up the back drive (flanked by a brick wall) signed Nutbourne Place Deliveries. Turn at the garage to park outside the annexe.
